Whoa gosh darn that is good! The glitchy atmosphere with the Binding of Issac-like ghost thingie in the middle crying yellow stuff is really good!

Well I have never seen this pokemon, I presume it's fanmade, but the idea and design is really good, and it does actually look innocent and nice in a way!
