Well I have never seen this pokemon, I presume it's fanmade, but the idea and design is really good, and it does actually look innocent and nice in a way!

I am proud of you! Your stuff looks really good, and is generally hella creative! Also I ain't really sure what you want to do so I can't really tell you if it's a good idea. But given this is a vent art I'd say maybe slow down with that thing a bit.
