Honestly, I feel like the img glitched out a little bit. I can see bits of black and white on the left side, which kinda reminds me of tankman, and Pico himself looks cut off from the right. However, from the parts that are visable, it's quite decent. The bg looks nice, even if it is mostly just orange, and if you avoid looking at Pico breaking his right foot and the weird thing his mouth is on, It's quite good.
Oh yeah, and as allways, the lighting is great.

Honestly, the lighting just makes this picture a thousand times better. As it is often the case with your stuff, the lines would use improving, but that's about it.
