Yeah. That looks like a water type Regi, thought it does feel like if the water and desc. weren't there it could be mistaken for an ice type.

I like the head, also the fact that the desc says ,,as long as there aren't any snipers I will surely be fine" and the bg has a sniper tower is quite cool.
