I don't really get it. Like, I don't exactly think my cat, or my laptop, or many things would fit in a syringe, let alone get out throught that tiny needle.

I meant to say that even from a small thing like the syringe can pass the solution that can help (the cure for a disease) or the ruin for health (the drug) and finally death (the lethal injection used in death sentences in the United States)
