Ohh I thought it was onea those thingies from one of the goretobers, I think there was a bit in some recent year where you had to draw the character overgrown with flowers which had seeded in like, their veins and guts and stuff, and were now growing outside the body.
No, that's a regular flower, and Lucky with scooped insides. That's somewhat fun too!
